Failure to follow these corporate shipping instructions may result in Goodyear's refusal to pay any shipping costs invoiced to Goodyear by the supplier.
Shipments Less than 150 Lbs / Small Parcel
- Carrier: FedEx Ground
- Maximum weight: 150 pounds per package, maximum size: 130" length plus girth
- Vendor to schedule pickup with FedEx Ground and reference Goodyear PO#
- Reference 3rd party Collect Account number 044700875
- For questions or for any supplier that does not currently have an established account with FEDEX GROUND, you must contact FedEx Vendor Support desk at 1-866-883-9290 for an initial one-time instruction (Fedex Summary Information). For further inquiries, contact 1-800-GO-FEDEX or http://www.fedex.com.

- LTL carriers provide transit times on their website. If the carrier is unable to meet the required pickup and delivery times, vendor is to escalate to [email protected] to arrange expedited transportation.
- Vendor to contact LTL carrier to schedule pickup
- Bill of Lading to be completed by vendor and must be marked by 3rd Party Collect bill to GDYR Akron, OH PO box 1709 44209 Attn: Freight Pay
- Bill of lading must include reference to Goodyear PO#
Shipments over 8,000 lbs or Expedited Transportation
- Vendor must send a completed shipping request template to the DHL Load Planning Center ([email protected]). A copy of the document is linked here: LPC Shipping Template. A representative will request and respond back with shipping instructions.
- Cross border shipments should also include Commercial Invoice stating freight forwarder assigned.

Escalation
- Questions regarding shipping instructions, carrier issues, or other transportation inquiries must be directed to the DHL Load Planning Center via [email protected] or call 330-796-5016. This team is staffed 24x7.
Seller acknowledges and agrees that it is providing the Goods to Purchaser so that Purchaser can test and/or use the Goods on a trial basis. Accordingly, if Purchaser determines, in Purchaser's sole discretion, that the Goods do not meet Purchaser's requirements (including, without limitation as to processing, physical properties and/or performance characteristics), Purchaser will have the right to (1) return such Goods to Seller at Seller's expense, and (2) obtain a full refund from Seller in connection with such Goods. Without limiting any rights or remedies of Purchaser, Purchaser may deduct amounts subject to refund (or any portion thereof) from any amounts owed by Purchaser to Seller.
